Sunflowers painted from life just have so much rich depth and warmth! I am addicted to Toowoomba's "The Cotton Bunch" stall at the markets every Saturday in Brisbane, freshly cut, these sunflowers stay in on display in our kitchen for a week before they become my still life models!
