Do you ship?

Yes. We ship works worldwide. Our team of volunteers will pack the art and ship with one of our preferred courier companies.

Does the shipping cost get added on when you purchase the art online?

If you request shipping then it will be added to the purchase at checkout. Domestic shipping rates for pieces under $2000 are calculated per piece at the checkout, while for pieces over $2000, or international shipping, a personalised quote will be supplied after the purchase. We will work with you for the best outcome. Shipping on works up to $2000, starts at $40 and goes up to $150. Most pieces over $2000 will cost around $250-$299 to capital cities on the eastern seaboard. 

 When will my shipped work arrive?

We will begin packing and sending pieces from the Monday following the show. Most freight companies recommend allowing at least 14 business days.

 What if I don’t like the work once it arrives or it arrives damaged?

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If a piece arrives damaged then please get in touch within 24 hours of arrival and we will work to find a solution.
